This action propagandizes education of the future generation in the spirit of technical and legal literacy, and also pays attention of all participants of traffic to problems of safety of traffic, understanding and mutual assistance on roads and associations in the spirit of civil consciousness and positive patriotism.

The representatives of Traffic Police of the Ministry of Internal Affairs, of the Mayoralty of Moscow, of the Culture Ministry and of the Ministry of Education have congratulated the participants and visitors of Parade.
